    A hot nutritious lunch is available at the Modesto Senior Center for county seniors by Stanislaus County Senior Nutrition Program. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance of lunch by calling 209-480-4337. Today's scheduled lunch is: Roast Pork, Steamed Rice, CA Blend Vegetables, Brussels Sprouts and Applesauce.

    Social Bridge is a card game using a standard 52-card deck. It is played by four players in two competing partnerships, with partners (you do not have to bring a partner) sitting opposite each other around a table in a safe and social environment for players to test and learn new skills.

    A board game of strategic skill for two players, played on a checkered board. Each player begins the game with sixteen pieces that are moved and used to capture opposing pieces according to precise rules. The object is to put the opponent's king under a direct attack from which escape is impossible (checkmate).
